Basketball
Program Outline
- The Targeted Basketball Program focuses on fostering players' basketball skills and foundations for both individual and team development.
- It emphasises honing fundamental skills such as shooting, dribbling, passing, and defence, while also teaching strategic elements of the game like teamwork, communication, and court awareness.
- Players are encouraged to develop their individual skills to their fullest potential, while also learning how to work effectively within a team framework.
- The coaches will provide personalised guidance and training to help players improve their technique, decision-making abilities, and basketball IQ.
- Through a combination of skill-building drills, tactical instruction, and competitive gameplay, the program equips players with the tools they need to succeed at various levels of competition.
- It will also emphasise the importance of sportsmanship, integrity, and respect both on and off the court, instilling values that contribute to the holistic development of each athlete.
