Netball
Program outline
- The Targeted Netball program focuses on developing players' core Netball skills and building strong foundations for both individual and team performance.
- The program emphasises fundamental skill development, including passing, footwork, shooting, defensive techniques, and court positioning. Players are also introduced to key strategic elements of Netball such as teamwork, communication, timing and spatial awareness.
- Students are encouraged to maximised their individual potential while learning to contribute effectively within a team environment. Coaches provide personalised instruction to support the development of technical skills, decision-making, and overall game understanding.
- Through a combination of structured training sessions, skill-based drills, tactical learning, and modified match play, the program equips players with the tools required to perform confidently across a range of competitive levels.
- The program also promotes the values of sportsmanship, integrity, and respect, both on and off the court, supporting the holistic development of each student athlete.

Coaches
Tenille Rowley (Learning Support teacher @ EVSHS)
Tenille Rowley is an experienced and dedicated netball coach with a strong background across school, zone and association levels. She has been actively involved with Campbelltown District Netball Association for over 20 years, where she has coached a wide range of representative teams, including 11 Years Development squads, 12–15 Years State Representative teams, and senior Metro League teams.
Tenille has also contributed to the South West Sydney Academy of Sport, serving as both an Assistant Coach and Head Coach, supporting the development of emerging athletes in a high-performance environment.
Tenille currently holds an Intermediate Coaching Accreditation and is passionate about developing players of all abilities, fostering teamwork, confidence and a strong understanding of the game.
