The school does not have a dedicated sports afternoon. Sport is currently integrated as part of the timetable for Years 7 to 11.

  • Strength and dignity - Thursday period 1 and 2
  • Year 7 - Wednesday period 1 and 2
  • Year 8 - Thursday period 7 and 8
  • Year 9 - Wednesday period 7 and 8
  • Year 10 - Friday period 5 and 6
  • Year 11 - Friday period 7 and 8

Students will be involved in a variety of team sports. It is expected that students participate to be the best of the ability in all activities.

Our sport houses are named after famous Australian athletes. Students are allocated to a house based on their surname.

Within sport, students are given the necessary basic skills to participate successfully. Students enjoy representative opportunities through team sports, swimming, cross country and athletics. Year 7 and 8 students participate in gala days as part of the Fisher Zone.

Representative sport

Eagle Vale High is part of the Fisher Zone. The other schools in Fisher Zone are Sarah Redfern High School, Campbelltown Performing Arts High School, Leumeah High School, Ambarvale High School and Airds High School.

All students are provided with the opportunity to trial for representative sporting teams. Sports to choose from throughout the year are as follows.
